Chizu-Cho Cafe Quince INFORMATION ABOUT CAFE QUINCE Cafe Quince is a bright and airy cafe that is part of its natural surroundings. It is in the middle of a forest, situated in between a river and hundreds of logs that are used to grow shiitake mushrooms. The roof of the cafe is in a traditional and natural Chizu style - it is covered in moss, rocks and small shrubs. The cafe serves a selection of hot and cold drinks and a choice of delicious homemade cakes. Eat and drink while looking at the Ashizu river or the 40-metre waterfall opposite. No sounds except the river, birds and insects.
