INFORMATION ABOUT YAMA NO BRUN
Yama no Brun is a wonderful, bright and spacious restaurant that serves a delicious fusion of French and Japanese food (with a bit of Cuban).
The quality of the food is befitting of a fine-dining restaurant in the big cities. Hajime the chef spent three years studying cooking in France and he learnt amazingly well.
Each main dish, dessert and drink is bursting with taste and flavour. It is all made from locally sourced or grown produce (even the venison). It is difficult to leave without purchasing one of Hajime's amazingly tasty cakes.

Thursday to Monday from 11:00 - 16:00.

Getting there: 10 minutes by car from Chizu station, 20 minutes by bus from Chizu station; 8 minutes by train from Chizu Station (alight at Haji Station and walk for 2 minutes).
Parking: Space for six cars in front of the restaurant and three cars on R53.
